How your client leaves feedback

There’s no separate link to send. The same report page your client already opens — see Sharing job proof with clients — has a “Rate this cleaning” form built right in: a 5-star rating, a few quick tags, and an optional comment box, with a Submit rating button. If they open the report, they can rate it in a few seconds.

Where to see the feedback you’ve collected

1. In your browser, go to panel.crewproofsoftware.com/feedback.
2. You’ll see Client Feedback, with your rolling 30-day average rating at the top.
3. The table below lists every rating, with the client, site, date, star rating, tags, and any comment.
