Your organization code: what it is and where to find it

By the end of this page, you’ll know exactly where to send someone who’s lost their login details.

Owner Admin panel

What it is

Your organization code (like MAR-8821) identifies your company inside CrewProof. Every cleaner on your team types the same code into the mobile app, along with their own phone number and PIN. It’s created automatically when you register — you don’t set it yourself.

Where to find it

1. Log into the admin panel.
2. Look at the top of the screen for the Org: badge, followed by your code.
3. Click it to copy the code to your clipboard.
