Editing or cancelling a schedule

2 min read · Last updated August 5, 2026

By the end of this page, you’ll know how to stop a schedule from repeating, and what that does and doesn’t affect.

Owner Admin panel — Schedules

Before you start

Note that CrewProof lets you edit or delete a schedule, but not an individual job once it’s been generated. To change a specific day’s job, change the schedule before you next generate jobs.

Editing a schedule

  1. Go to Schedules.
  2. Find the row you want to change and click Edit.
  3. Update the site, assigned cleaner, days, start time, or checklist.
  4. Save your changes.

Edits only affect jobs generated after you save — they don’t reach back and change jobs already sitting on a cleaner’s phone.

Deleting a schedule

  1. Go to Schedules.
  2. Click Delete on the row you want to remove.
  3. Confirm “Delete this schedule?”

What deleting does — and doesn't — do

Deleting a schedule stops it from generating any new jobs. It does not remove jobs you’ve already generated from it — those stay on your Jobs list and on your cleaner’s phone. If a specific upcoming job needs to be called off, tell your cleaner directly.

If something goes wrong

  • I deleted a schedule by mistake — you’ll need to recreate it; deletion can’t be undone.
  • A job still shows up after I deleted its schedule — that’s expected. See the warning above.
