What CrewProof does (and what it doesn't)

2 min read · Last updated August 5, 2026

By the end of this page, you’ll know exactly what CrewProof can prove for you today — and what it can’t, yet.

The short version

CrewProof stops the argument before it starts. Your cleaners clock in from inside a GPS circle around the site, take live photos as proof, and clock out — and you can hand your client a report showing exactly when the work happened.

What’s live today

  • GPS-gated clock-in. A cleaner can only start a job from inside the geofence you draw around the site — not from the parking lot down the street.
  • Live photo evidence. Photos are taken with the phone’s camera in the moment — no uploading old photos from the gallery.
  • A job can’t be finished without at least one photo.
  • Recurring schedules that turn into real jobs with one click.
  • A proof report for every completed job, sent to your customer by email — automatically if you turn that on, or with one click if you don’t.
  • Client feedback and star ratings, collected on a page you send after the job.

What’s on the roadmap, not built yet

  • Grouping cleaners into named crews.
  • A one-tap way for a cleaner to report a problem on site, with a photo, from inside the app.
  • True offline mode — CrewProof needs a connection to check a cleaner into the geofence and upload photos.
  • Enforced plan limits and extra manager logins.

None of that stops you from running your business on CrewProof today — see the current workaround for each on the Coming soon page: What’s coming.
